Reflections 2006-2007
It is time to enter this year's Reflections Program! Reflections is a National PTA sponsored program that provides an opportunity for students to create works of art for fun and recognition. This year's theme is "My Favorite Place".
Students can submit entries in the following categories:
- Visual Arts - drawing and painting
- Literature - poetry and stories
- Photography
- Musical Composition
The guidelines for entry are available for viewing and download on the National PTA website at:
http://www.pta.org/local_leader/finalartsarea_rules%202006-2007.doc.
You will be prompted to use the username and password on the back of your PTA membership card.

Eager Reader Program (October 2007 - April 2008)
The Eager Reader Program is a wonderful reading incentive program sponsored and funded by IVE PTA through all its various fundraisers. It is a 26-week voluntary program designed to improve students' reading skills and to develop a love of reading. This is a great opportunity for parents and children to connect through the shared enjoyment of reading! It should be fun!

Science Fair - March 27 & 28
Students are given the opportunity to explore, experiment and participate in their pursuit of science excellence.

Book Fair
Watch for our next Scholastic Book Fair in April. Students will be able to buy books during their regular library time, lunch, and recess.
