Volunteers Needed

Fun Day at Field Day!

From Principal Pickard: Field Day at IVE will be held on Tuesday, June 25. Due to the need to coordinate the event with the PE teachers and the inability to move other events, we have changed the date. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding! The IVE staff need all the parent volunteers we can get to help make this a successful and fun end of the year event for students. Help is needed for the following shifts:

  • 9:30-11:15am for K-2nd Grades and to help set up
  • 1:15-3:00pm for 3rd-5th Grades and to help clean up

We need LOTS of volunteers to assist IVE Staff to run each station, help with water, and coordinate the fun! Click the link to volunteer-
