Submission Details:

1. Registration begins Friday, February 2nd and closes Friday, March 16th

- Complete the attached registration form and return no later than Friday, March 16th to the office or email the information to

- Trifolds will be available by March 2nd, 2018 at the IVE Office

2. Complete Your Experiment or Thesis

- Experiment:  You set out to prove or disprove your hypothesis with an experiment

- Thesis:  Alternatively, you conduct research and summarize the results in your trifold

3. Prepare Your Tri-Fold and Any Materials:  We will assign you an area of a table in the cafeteria or gymnasium for your presentation and any demonstration that will fit within this area.

4.  Bring Your TriFold and Materials to School on March 30th

• Bring them to school on Friday, March 30th or bring to the cafeteria starting at 6:00pm that afternoon.  You will have an assigned location.


The Science Fair is a non-competitive fair offered every other year that is designed for students to have fun with science.  By conducting an experiment, students learn important observational skills as well as the scientific method.   It's an opportunity for students to increase their awareness of science, apply their creative thinking skills and have fun!  

So put on your lab coat and start planning your experiments now!
