Have you ever wondered how scientists and engineers create devices to collect information about the world around us? Join us for Family Engineering Night on Friday April 21 to find out! The evening will feature a hands-on project that will guide your family through the process of building your own anemometer (that's a device to measure wind speed)...and demonstrate how engineers combine skills from science, technology, engineering, and math to solve problems.
All IVE students and their families are encouraged to participate! Please let us know that you'll be joining us so that we have plenty of supplies (and snacks!) on hand for the evening. Click on the "Sign up Here" link to the right and follow the instructions.
If you have questions, or would like to volunteer to help at the event, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
